About the role

As a Data Analyst at Invo.AI, you'll transform raw data into actionable insights that drive product improvements, optimize automation workflows, and enhance user experience across our AI-powered invoicing platform. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify trends, measure performance, and make data-driven recommendations that shape our product roadmap.

What you’ll do

• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and business data to uncover insights, opportunities, and drive strategic, data-informed decisions.

• Build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.

• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize features and user.

• Identify patterns and trends to improve automation efficiency.

• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations and strategic insights for key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power Bl.

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies.

• Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and manipulation.
