About the role

As a Product Designer at Invo.AI, you'll shape the visual and interactive experience of our AI-powered invoicing platform, creating intuitive, delightful interfaces for users worldwide. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design seamless user experiences that make invoicing effortless and efficient.

What you’ll do

• Design intuitive interfaces and experiences for our AI invoicing platform.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define clear and actionable product requirements.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high mockups to visualize concepts.

• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions.

• Maintain and continuously evolve our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, creative thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.

• Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS) to communicate clearly and effectively with developers.
